As above, so below is a concept that exists in spiritual circles. While I don’t align with any singular religion or spiritual practice, I’ve always liked the idea of as above, so below…even if it doesn’t make a ton of sense the more you poke at it. And you know what? Maybe that’s okay. We don’t have to have all the answers. We can just be human.
My take on as above, so below is represented by coyotes, the tricksters of the universe. Each coyote carries a bit of the other on its journey.
This original oil painting is 30x40 inches on cotton canvas, stretched on wood frame with 1.5in depth. D-ring hangers and wrapped wire affixed to the back, ready to hang.
The painting is treated with a non toxic varnish to protect the colors from humidity, yellowing, and fading.
